These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the Abusadamente store, a legal entity with NIF/NIPC PT219029784, headquartered in rua do portal, in Fafe (hereinafter “Abusadamente”) will be governed.
Abusadamente's service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
When using Abusadamente you imply acceptance and full agreement with all the parameters present in the Terms and conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access Abusadamente.
If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of the conditions stipulated, you should not make purchases at Abusadamente. If you access Abusadamente, you are committed and responsible for respecting the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
Abusadamente reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.

Abusadamente informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each page available. Abusadamente undertakes to make its products and/or services available in a clear manner and to correct possible errors that may occur as quickly as possible.
Abusadamente concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by Abusadamente at any time.

Abusadamente is an online store and registered trademark Nº714787 at INPI - National Institute of Industrial Property (Portugal) and registered trademark Nº19032318 at EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office (European Union), with the service provided being the responsibility of Abusadamente - João Pedro Freitas .
The content, articles, prints, images, domain, information present and made available on Abusadamente are the property of Abusadamente - João Pedro Freitas or were granted to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by Abusadamente.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content , etc. without express approval from Abusadamente. Abusadamente cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

After payment is completed, Abusadamente will carry out a standard check, so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Purchase conditions at Abusadamente
Product availability
All products and/or services available at Abusadamente can be purchased, except in cases of shortage or limited stock, as well as in made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified on Abusadamente.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, Abusadamente undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to speed up the process with them.
Fees and taxes
At Abusadamente, the prices presented are in EURO, with the appropriate VAT and tax rates being applied in accordance with current law, which are already included in the price presented.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform Abusadamente via the following email contact: geral@abusadamente.eu.
If the cancellation request was made after the order had been dispatched, it will be sent for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. Abusadamente is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
Abusadamente reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as technical issues beyond the control of Abusadamente.
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via email geral@abusadamente.eu or by filling out the contact form available at Abusadamente. When terminating the contract within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. Abusadamente must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law No. 24/2014.
Complaints
The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service provided relating to Abusadamente through the email contact geral@abusamente.pt or through the electronic complaints book available via the link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Disclaimer
When creating and using the account on Abusadamente, the customer is responsible for the maintenance of the account, confidentiality and for all activity arising from their account.
When creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
Abusadamente is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
Abusadamente is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.
